Let's get it back.
You sign. I handle everything else.

BEFORE YOU TRY IT ALONE
You can apply on the ATO site for free. Here's why most people get stuck anyway.
Google "claim my super" and the first result is the ATO's own portal. It's free, and the application itself is genuinely simple. What nobody tells you is that applying and getting paid are two different things.
Applying has two requirements: your visa is cancelled or expired, and you're outside Australia. Releasing the money is decided by your super fund, and every fund sets its own demands. A fund is in no hurry to send money overseas, so the process isn't built to be easy: an extra certified document here, a form that only exists on paper there, a request that arrives when you're already on the other side of the world.
That's the moment most people burn hours, spend money on the wrong documents, get stressed, and give up. That's exactly how people end up leaving their own money behind.
My work is built around that moment. In 7+ years I've learned what each fund demands, and I send more than they ask for, before they ask. When there's nothing left to demand, there's nothing left to delay.

HOW IT WORKS
From first message to money in your account. Here's the whole path.
Data validation
I check your details across the ATO, your super fund and your passport. If anything is inconsistent, we adjust it all on our side.
- Eligibility and data check: ATO, super fund, passport
- Personal details adjusted if anything doesn't match
Forms prepared, with signing instructions
I prepare every form and mark exactly where you need to sign. You sign, post and it's done. I handle everything else.
- Every form prepared and completed for you
Online application in the ATO system
Your application is submitted through the Tax Agent ATO Portal. You receive the ATO's confirmation by email.
- Prepared by Prosper Vision, reviewed and lodged under a registered tax agent
Certified and tracked delivery to your fund
I organise the certification of your documents and post the complete package to your super fund, and you get the tracking number.
- Certifications organised in Australia
- Physical and certified documents posted to your fund with tracking number
- More documentation than the fund asks for, sent by me before they ask
Follow-through until the money is deposited to you
I follow up with your super until the money is in your account. If a call needs to be made, I make it. You don't need to speak to anyone.
The ATO's official standard is up to 28 days. In practice, most of my clients are paid within about 2-3 weeks, because the documentation goes in complete from day one.
- Every fund follow-up answered by me, calls included
- Chased until the money lands in your account
- Unused documents securely destroyed
You don't fill out a single form. You sign, and I do the rest.
You do exactly three things: share your details, sign your forms and send them to me.
I'll get your super back to you.

I'm an immigrant too. And I believe that when someone leaves a country, the least they deserve is the means to start again.Ilana Godoy · Founder, Prosper Vision · Sydney
HOW PRICING WORKS
One fixed fee, agreed before you commit. Never a percentage of your super.
My fee depends on one thing: roughly how much is in your super. Pick your range and you'll see it right here, before you give me any details.
Pick your range and your fee shows up here.
- Under A$5,000A$350
- A$5,000 to A$10,000A$450
- Over A$10,000A$550
Your balance is in your fund's app or on myGov. Or send me your details and I'll find it for you.
Every figure here is the final price, with GST included.
Half to start, half when your application goes in.
With more than one fund, add A$55: I bring them all into the same process.
The only other possible extra: A$55 to recover access to your super account, if you've lost it.
What I can promise about that number:
- It's fixed. The fee you see is the amount you pay. It doesn't grow mid-process.
- It's never a percentage. It goes by range, not by cut: with A$5,100 or A$9,900 in your super, the fee is the same.
- No per-call charges. Some offices quote low, then bill every phone call to your fund. Ten calls later, the "cheap" option has doubled. If your case needs calls, I make them. The number doesn't move.
- It's honest. If your balance is small enough that the maths doesn't work in your favour, I'll tell you that straight, before you spend anything.
REAL MESSAGES, REAL PAYOUTS
The best part of my job is the message that says the money is in their account.

CLAIM SAFELY
How to know a super claim is safe.
There are operators out there taking 20 to 40% of people's balances, or disappearing after the first payment. Whoever you choose (me included), check them against these three things:
A fixed fee, never a cut
My fee is a fixed amount in Australian dollars, agreed up front. Never a percentage of your super, never surprise extras.
The money can only reach YOU
DASP is only ever paid into an account in your name. I can't receive it, and neither can anyone else. If you don't receive it, nobody does.
A registered Australian company you can look up
The service is run by Prosper Vision Pty Ltd · ABN 34 662 345 477. Anyone can check that ABN on the public government register in under a minute, before sending a single document.

FAQ
Questions people ask me before we start.
I left Australia a while ago. Can I still claim?
Yes. Your super is still there and still yours. Two honest notes: administration fees may continue to apply while it sits, and if you've been gone more than 6 months, documents need to be certified in your country (for Brazil, notary plus NAATI-certified translation). I support you through that part too.
How do I know this isn't a scam?
Three checks: my fee is fixed, never a percentage of your balance. The money is only ever paid into an account in your name (I can't receive it). And applications are handled by a registered Australian company (Prosper Vision Pty Ltd, ABN 34 662 345 477) via tax agent portal. And one fact: in 7+ years, every client I've taken on has been paid.
Is this really my right?
Yes. Claiming your super when you leave Australia permanently is a legal right. A lot of people give up on it because it looks complicated, or because nobody ever told them it was theirs.
It sounds complicated. How much will I actually have to do?
Very little. That's the whole point of me: you sign your forms where I show you and send them to me. You don't fill out a single form, and you don't need to learn anything.
How much does it cost?
One fixed fee, set by your balance range: A$350 up to A$5,000, A$450 from A$5,000 to A$10,000, and A$550 above A$10,000, all with GST included. There are only two possible extras, both fixed and known upfront: A$55 if your super is in more than one fund, and A$55 if your account access needs recovering. Half to start, half when your application goes in. Never a percentage, and no per-call charges. And if the fee is the only thing standing between you and your own money, talk to me. We'll find a way, because this money is yours by right.
How much of my super will I actually receive?
It depends on your visa history and on how your balance is composed, and that composition only your fund can confirm. By law: DASP for anyone who has held a Working Holiday visa is taxed at 65%; otherwise it's 35% on the taxed element, 45% on any untaxed element and 0% on the tax-free part. Those are government rates, not fees of mine. Confirming your exact split is part of my work.
How long until the money lands?
The ATO's official standard is up to 28 days. In practice, most of my clients receive within about 2-3 weeks, because the documentation goes in complete. Cases with unresolved issues (like a name mismatch found late) can take much longer, which is exactly why I check those first.
Can I do it myself on the ATO site?
Yes, the platform is free. The catch is that each super fund sets its own release requirements and often asks for extra documents, and that's where claims stall. My support exists to prevent the refusals and the delays.
I'm about to fly. Is there still time?
Yes, and this is actually the best moment you'll ever have. Let's use the weeks you're still here: signing and posting documents inside Australia is quick and cheap, and everything is left ready to move.
Will I need to certify or translate documents?
If you're still in Australia (or recently left), I organise every required certification here. If you've been gone more than 6 months, your documents need certifying in your country, with certified translation where required, and I guide you through it.
What if I don't have access to my super account?
Two ways out: you call your fund's Overseas Number, or I call with your authorisation. It's a separate support service, a fixed A$55, and the claim keeps moving.
My name is different on my super and my passport. Do I need to fix that first?
No, you don't need to do anything. I check it right at the start, and if anything needs correcting, I take care of it from here. The whole idea is that this process feels light for you.
What are the requirements to apply?
Two mandatory ones: you've physically left Australia, and your visa is cancelled or expired. Two that make everything smoother: an active Australian bank account you can access, and the login to your super account.
My visa is still active. Can I become eligible sooner?
There is an official path: Form 1194, the Department of Home Affairs' voluntary visa cancellation. Whether to use it is an immigration decision, and it's not one I can make or advise on for you. What I can tell you is the DASP side: eligibility requires the visa to be cancelled or expired. If you decide to go that way, I'll point you to the official information.
What if my employer deposits more super after I apply?
A new deposit doesn't join an application that's already in. It would need a new process. That's why, before we start, I confirm with you that your employer has finished all deposits.
WHY NOW
Your super doesn't disappear. But there are good reasons not to leave it sitting there longer than necessary.
1. Admin fees may continue. While your super remains in the fund, administration fees may continue to apply. Over time, especially with smaller balances, those fees can make a difference.
2. Your super may be transferred to the ATO. Around 6 months after your temporary visa has ceased to be in effect and you've left Australia, your super fund may be required to transfer your balance to the ATO. Your money is still yours and can still be claimed. The paperwork itself is generally straightforward, but the process may take longer once the money has been transferred to the ATO.
And if you're still in Australia, starting before you leave can make the practical side easier. If any documents need to be signed, certified or posted, it's usually simpler to organise them while you're still here.
There's no need to panic or rush. It's simply worth getting the process started sooner rather than leaving your super sitting there unnecessarily.
START HERE
Let's check your super. It takes two minutes.
Tell me your situation. I'll look at your case personally and come back with your fixed quote and the exact next step. No documents needed now, and I never ask for your TFN or passport here.
